NEXX X.WED3 X-Pro Carbon Adventure Helmet

The NEXX X.WED3 was developed with one goal in mind: no compromises. Designed to deliver modern styling, a refined fit, durability, advanced functionality, and technical innovation, it has been tested in some of the harshest riding environments on the planet. With more than 200,000 km of real-world testing by over 60 adventure riders — from Alaska and Croatia to Baja California, Ha Giang, and the Merzouga Desert — every detail of the X.WED3 has been shaped for serious adventure riding.

The shell is built from ultralight, highly impact-resistant X-PRO Carbon fibre, using aerospace-inspired construction and 3K carbon to create a helmet that is lighter, stronger, and more comfortable. It is available in three shell sizes for a more precise fit. An entry-level version in NEXX’s X-Matrix 2 multi-composite fibre is also available.

Ventilation

Visor & Peak System

• NEXX Recoil Visor System uses spring-loaded side plates for an airtight seal

• Internal sun visor is 18% larger for increased coverage
• 3-position adjustable peak with anti-rotation mounting screws

Comfort & Interior

• Interior combines synthetic leather, ventilation mesh, and detailed stitching
• Air Cumbs crown pad creates a fresh air chamber between the EPS liner and padding
• X-Mart Dry soft-touch fabrics help keep the interior cool and dry
• Interior designed for both ventilation and riding comfort over long distances

Stability & Safety

• Anti-vibration EPS system reduces turbulence-related vibration at speed
• Special rubber trim between the inner and outer EPS improves comfort and helmet stability
• Rounded lower chin area is designed to help reduce chest injury risk in frontal impacts
• X-Foam crash bumpers in lightweight EPP foam help absorb impact energy around the chin and sides

Versatility

• Quickly converts between adventure/off-road and full-face street configurations without tools
• Can also be used with goggles for dusty off-road conditions

Fast Release System

• F.R.S. cheek pad system allows both cheek pads to be removed easily and without tools
• Designed for easier cleaning and safer emergency helmet removal
