The Mangen Absøluteshell™ Pro Jacket is built for adventure touring on both road and dirt. Made from Mugello stretch fabric, it offers the perfect balance of flexibility, protection, and versatility for riders tackling a wide range of conditions.
The bonded Absøluteshell™ PRO waterproof membrane allows the jacket to dry quickly after wet conditions. Paired with ventilation openings on the chest, back, and sleeves, plus a removable thermal liner, the jacket adapts to everything from cold winter rides to temperate weather, keeping comfort consistent throughout the journey.
Certified to EN 17092 Class AA, the jacket comes with Pro-Armor EN 1621.1 Level 2 protectors on the shoulders and elbows. It includes dedicated pockets for a type G back protector and Pro-Armor Chest 2 pcs protector. The fit is also compatible with the Smart Air airbag system, designed to be worn underneath without needing to size up, ensuring armor always remains in the correct position. Reflective inserts improve visibility in low-light conditions.
Practical storage options include four waterproof front pockets, a rear cargo pocket, an internal lining pocket, and a pocket in the detachable thermal jacket. Fit adjusters at the collar, hips, sleeves, and cuffs, along with a jacket-to-pants connection zipper, make the garment highly adaptable to the rider’s preferences.
With its ergonomic design, technical construction, and functional details, the Mangen Absøluteshell™ Pro Jacket ensures all-day comfort and safety for riders exploring both asphalt and off-road trails.
Height, chest, arm, neck and waist measurements are in centimetres.
Chest
Circumference of the chest
The circumference of the chest is the maximum measurement taken around the chest when standing upright and breathing normally. The tape measure is passed around the chest at the level of the shoulder blades, below the armpits.
Arms
Sleeve length
This is the distance between the outside of the shoulder (humerus) and the wrist when the arm is relaxed.
Neck
Circumference of the neck
The circumference of the neck is measured about 2 cm below the Adams apple at the seventh cervical vertebra.
Waist
Circumference of the waist
The circumference of the waist is measured by passing the tape measure on the waistline between the ribs and the pelvis just above the hip bones. Take the measurement when standing upright and breathing normally with the abdomen relaxed.
