Retail Sales

Motomail is New Zealand's leading specialist in motorcycle and scooter apparel and accessories.

Motomail is located in central Auckland, with a unique and impressive retail showroom, and a market leading online sales operation.

An opportunity exists for a full time retail sales person to join our awesome team. The successful applicant will bring energy, drive, focus and the ability to be a team player with proven experience in excellent customer service. A positive and professional attitude, together with a friendly and outgoing personality will ensure that you will fit in, and enjoy working with our friendly team.

To join the Motomail team, you will need to be a motorcycle or scooter rider, and have a passion for two wheels. If you love motorcycles, then spending the day around motorcycle people and awesome riding gear make every day a great day.

Some retail experience is preferred, but not essential.

A rotating work roster will involve some weekend work.

Online Sales Co-ordinator

About Us

Motomail was established 36 years ago, and is New Zealand's market leader in online and in store sales of motorcycle accessories and apparel. Qualifications & Experience

Experience in online sales processes, particulary with Shopify would be an advantage. Attention to detail, accuracy and strong verbal and written communication skills are important. A passion for, and knowledge of motorcycles is essential.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Process online orders
  • Ship orders to customers
  • Communicate with customers via email or phone with online order enquiries
  • Communicate with suppliers to source products for online orders
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service
