Shipping Policy

All orders placed through our online store are delivered via tracked courier with NZ Couriers to ensure safe and fast delivery. To avoid lost or damaged packages, all deliveries will require a signature on arrival. If no one is available to sign, a calling card will be left. It is a good idea to provide a business address as most deliveries arrive during business hours. Please note that our couriers CANNOT deliver to a PO Box.

FREE FREIGHT OFFER

Shipping charges will be waived for orders placed through our online store totaling $50 or more. Items will be clearly marked if they qualify for free shipping. This offer does not extend to orders placed on the phone and is not valid for scooter purchases or international orders. You must select free shipping at checkout in order to receive this offer.

SHIPPING RATES

Our courier charges are based on your location and are outlined below. Additional charges will be incurred for rural deliveries and dangerous goods. These rates do not apply to scooters. Please contact us for all scooter shipping inquiries.

DELIVERY TIMES & ITEM AVAILABILITY

All orders are shipped via overnight courier however please allow an extra day or two for rural or South Island deliveries. Typical processing times for orders are listed below. These processing times are based on the product availability.

We will do our best to maintain accurate availability information however where an item cannot be shipped out in the above timeframe you will be notified immediately via email.

Please note, for orders to be delivered by 24 December.
Deliveries for the south island will need to be ordered by 17 December.
Deliveries for the north island will need to be ordered by 21 December.


As the office will be closed during New Year there will be no processing of orders from:
31 December to 06 January.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

A confirmation email containing your order tracking number will be sent to you when your order is shipped. Once you receive this tracking number, your order can be tracked online at the NZ Couriers Website using your tracking number. If your tracking number is not recognised please try again in a few hours as there is sometimes a delay while your order awaits courier collection.
