The 'Warrior' back protector provides ultimate protection while still being incredibly thin, and light weight (only 560g). In spite of it's lightness it still surpasses the toughest of standards - cat 2 CE certification. Lower cost back protectors use cheaper materials and as such absorb less energy in a crash - these back protectors are certified to cat 1 CE standards.

Some other features of the warrior include a double fastening system on the belt and a mesh liner on the back which ensures that you still get adequate ventilation.
