Dimensions 29cm wide x 39cm long. These advanced inserts are very lightweight and have a honeycombe interior so that impact is absorbed into the padding and not transfered through the pad. We highly recommend any jacket is upgraded to this type of armour as most jackets only include foam comfort protectors which offer little or no protection to the back. The shape and properties of the knox protector allow it to shape to the contours of your back. They do require a short breaking in period to allow the foam to mould to your individual shape.
